Can natural disasters be prevented? You, me and everyone obviously hope for a yes but I googled it and the answer is a big fat NO. Are the natural disasters happening a sign to tell us to cherish our loved ones? If yes, this is a harsh punishment. I really dislike seeing 'Tsunami Alert for New Zealand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Hawaii, and others. Waves expected over the next few hours, caused by 8.9 earthquake in Japan'. from the news and 'Google'. People can only wait in fear...


PS. I know it is a blessing that Singapore does not have tsunami or earthquake so far but these bunch of people who want it to happen in Singapore so that they can die, whether they are joking or not, are just too much!

Hence, if you are sad, people will be sad. Does this mean, you have to act happy in front of others even if you are sad? I can try...

I have officially ended my last day of year 1, last day of sem 2. Having mixed feelings~ I hate this feeling, really hate it! Makes me feel so useless again. I want each sem to get better. I don't want my poly life to be meaningless. I don't want my youth to be meaningless. I want them to know that even though I may not speak much, it is because it is all deep down being kept in my heart.

I am never going to say just kidding anymore. After being used by someone, it just seems more sarcastic. Plus, he is the 'in your face' kind of person who just tell you straight in the face that you look a dog. I may not be the victim but he is just so annoying and irk. Thank god I am able to tolerate it for 15weeks so I am so close to my goal. lol Really needs a lot of tolerance esp when there is smoke and cologne surrounding him. Mix it both and it is poison!!!!

Just after the incident in class, a friend told me not to hate because in the end I will end up suffering. What I should do is not only to like my friends but also love the people I dislike. That is the kind of level I am trying to aim for now.

I have heard it from some people so many times but you have the ability to make me believe in this. Even if you do not treat me as a close friend, I am still going to look up to you! :)

Nobody want to be evil and have a fake mask on them. Behind those fake masks are people who are once fragile and weak with a broken heart. They are only mean so as to hide their weakness so if you ever see someone who is mean, they have a sad past. Like them please. :)


To add on, people might not want to believe it but whatever you think of that person reflects on you. Think nice of people even if they are mean but it might not work sometimes. haha

When I do not understand something, I expect my team mates to teach me and not give me 1 single question to present only. I seriously want to go to the other team to let them teach me and not let these team mates to order me around trying to act smart saying how can you not understand...

Just a few months ago, we were chatting on msn everyday but now, it seems like we are getting further and further apart. Sooner or later, we might stop talking and no longer chat on msn again... We might still be talking a little but the excitement and enthusiam is no longer there. The topics have become only school work and if I or you have studied?' Are you reading this? Do you know I am refering to you? Can this friendship still be saved? Do you even realise you have slowly stopped talking to me?

Remember the times how people used to dislike tucking their shirts in, thinking oh 'it is so nerdy'. Well, well, well because of the vintage fashion that is back, everyone is doing it!!!

Someone who has a natural face but a 'plastic' heart or someone who has a 'plastic' face but a kind heart? Which is more revolting?

I would choose the former. :) The latter just reminds me of 200 pound beauty. However, the similarity of these two is that we cannot see the inner self aka the heart. People only see the face. Cruel ?!

Well, before the year ends, I am not going to look back but look forward. ^^ Next year is going to be a better year. Ya know why? I'm turning 18... and it's time to dream big and let my thoughts turn into actions.

There is no such thing as value in anyone as we are all priceless.
There is no such thing as loving someone more or less, only love or not love.
There is no such thing as I am more happier than whoever, only happy or not happy.
There is no such thing as you are more important than me as we are all equally important. Equally important to our parents, friends and love ones. :)

I am having lunch now and the minced meat has the exact same taste as the vegetable rice store in my primary school. It just brings back old memories. I totally love this minced meat, so nolstagic. I smiled while having every single bite. Have been searching for it for 4 years after I left primary school and now, I finally found a store that sells the exact same taste of the meat.
It is sad that the food is no longer there in primary school anymore. I miss the swing too, I wonder how much has the school changes? :S

Yes, exams are over but no point of rejoicing. The feeling of waiting for the results is worse than taking the papers. :(

Feeling low without anymore hopes for anything, her self-esteem becomes lower and lower. It is not that she is not trying to look at the positive aspects but the only reason why she is not having high hopes anymore is because that she is afraid of being disappointed again... No matter how strong you are, there will be a tinge of disappointment when something do not go your way.

When you say I love you too much or miss you too much, it does not mean anything anymore when you really mean it....

Sometimes when I see people saying I love you, babe. Miss you, girl. Want to see you so badly, babe with all the mushy stuffs, I cannot tell the difference when they truly mean it or when they do not. See how I reply to such things when its so often? :) yup just a :). Do it at appropriate times, at special times only, ok....people.

Today, for the first time, someone asked me to go clubbing. For once, I wished I am 18. The feeling is terrible when you say you are underaged. :( I want to go. I was so happy when they asked me. Oh man. Majority of my classmates are already 18 or older.

All these years, people are a little selfish, whether good or bad, they will wish for something deep inside them.

I watched from a show that people in the city always tell each other to be

satisfied with what they have

but it's human nature to want something more.

We can never be satisfied.

They tell us to to look at the poor and compare ourselves with them

but we are different.

They are satisfied with their environment because

some do not get to see what city life are.

Hence, if people give them something, they will be happy.

I find it quite true......

Will you still wish for more if you are in a forlorn island

who do not know city life?
